Worked on a two-person design team to deliver designs for the company’s B2B adtech platform, which serves 400+ clients.

Designed and launched a new organizational structure for the platform after leading a cross-team information architecture project, including new navigation and help content.
Conducted a series of user interviews to gather feedback on statistics and reporting. Designed and shipped a reusable reporting/analytics framework.

As Product Manager, planned, designed, oversaw development, and shipped a notifications system for the platform. Coordinated across engineering, product, and operations teams for requirements and feedback.

As UX Engineer, outlined and built a toolkit of resuable React components to enable more efficient development. Estimated time savings across full-stack team: 100hrs a week.

Redesigned landing page of website, created advertisements for use in social media, expanded database, sat in on meetings with companies seeking to organize meet-ups for tech entrepreneurs. Filmed a demo for the RoomHints app that was later sent to developers and investors.
