Led 0→1 design of the ADT x Google Home Installer App — the first product born out of the strategic ADT-Google Home partnership. Owned end-to-end design from concept through launch, defining the UX for a professional installer workflow that bridged Google's consumer ecosystem with ADT's enterprise deployment model.
Architected scalable device onboarding frameworks across 40+ Nest products, standardizing the setup process at ecosystem scale — significantly reducing friction and establishing a unified, reusable system that became the foundation for out-of-box experiences across the entire product portfolio.
