• Evolve transportation from a component of fulfillment product into the small parcel platform for 4 product verticals
• Built carrier rate caching layer, decreasing latency by 40% and increasing resiliency against load spikes and downstream failures
• Managing eng rituals to increase software quality and developer velocity (design docs, testing, monitoring)

• Breaking out core pricing and purchasing functionality from D2C monolith into carrier network platform
• Supporting the scaling of the Parcel product and realigning the technical direction of the team to ensure operational burden is scalable
• Ensuring system resiliency for Black Friday/Cyber Monday
• Managing the team's best practices for reliability and product lifecycle
