I collaborated with the design team, developers and product managers to successfully design 4insite's responsive web and native Android and iOS work management applications.

Worked with a cross-functional team to design and build the 4Insite service management enterprise-level software for desktop and mobile platforms.

Worked closely with clients and product managers gathering requirements to successfully produce user centric designs for web and mobile applications. Identifying problems and solutions. Delivered high quality documentation: competitive analysis, user stories, sketches, sitemaps, user flows, product roadmaps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Developed user personas and scenarios in order to enhance functionality and usability for key audiences. Ensured mock-ups met both visual and textual branding standards of clients. Designed interactive prototypes for potential and existing clients to show how our applications would look if integrated into their systems. Produced style guides and CSS specification sheets for engineers. Redesigned existing products user experience and application interface. Designed Market and Sales collateral. Worked together with engineering team to correct any UI problems or HTML/CSS related issues.

Here are some accomplishments:

Designed a work management software for San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E). The software was an actual operating system that worked within a web browser.

Redesigned a Natural Resource Management web application for Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E).

Designed Vesuvius which is a responsive web tool that allowed users to create custom forms.

Successfully designed large sections of Velaro’s live chat software including Visitor Monitoring, Workflows & Routing, Performance Management, and Reporting & Analytics. Responsible for all user research which included user personas, competitive analysis, and workflows. Gathered requirements and delivered high-quality wireframes, mock-ups, & prototypes. Worked remotely from the rest of the team and there were never challenges with communication with the product manager and development team.
