Quite frankly, I love design. Whether in the office or home working on case studies, taking a product from sketches to a living experience on desktop, tablet and/or mobile is an extremely rewarding experience.

I'll often independently redesign websites I frequent to solve problems that I run into on my visits. It's an amazing and beneficial practice as it allows me to experiment with different ideas and treatments on a large scale. If I come away with even a single new treatment for type or a new way to break up page content, it's a win.

With my background in designing for multiples verticals from sports, e-commerce, financial services and so forth, I've been able to learn how to attack projects from various angles and always try to bring something unique to the table. While I believe in learning and taking examples from what's come before, I'm also a strong believer in setting new standards.

Requirements aren't constraints, they're guidelines to test creativity.
