🤖 Meta AI App (2025-) → Crafting beautiful AI experiences for the standalone app. Most recently worked on Vibes and other assistant experiences.

💬 Conversation Starters (2024-2025) → IC lead accelerating multiple initiatives with significant engagement wins across 5 separate products within Messenger; Inbox Tray, Stories, Notes, Active Now and Friends Tab.

💭 Messenger Notes (2024-2024) → Led the team responsible for ephemeral and lightweight status updates from your friends and family on Messenger.

📣 Instagram Channels (2022-2024) → Launched Broadcast Channels, taking it from 0-1. In particular:
- Tech Lead for the engagement team, responsible for multiple features such as Prompts, Polls and Custom Reactions.
- Leading and executing on infra scaling efforts to be able to handle accounts with 500M+ followers like Cristiano Ronaldo
- Ideating, designing and leading growth v-team efforts to reach PMF and grow DAU numbers into XXM with strong retention.

👥 Messenger Groups (2021-2022) → Creating fun and engaging group chat features. Some examples of features I led and launched:
- Group Typing Indicators (i.e. the bubble that pops up when you see people typing)
- Pinned Messages
- Invite Links for Community Chats

💸 Instagram Ads (2020-2021) → Enhancing Feed & Stories ads experiences, increasing revenue by $XXM

### Software Engineer @ Hypercare
Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Went to build the “WhatsApp for healthcare” while finishing my last year of university.

🤖 As the sole Android engineer, I worked directly with the CEO and CTO, rewriting the app from the ground up, providing fast and HIPAA-compliant messaging to over 60 organizations (as well as reducing the amount of crashes to near zero)

🎉 I was also fortunate enough to be there when we secured over $2M USD in seed funding from Foothill Ventures, Ramen Ventures and Wavemaker 360!

Did Android stuff...

🐞 Squashed several bugs!

🚀 Launched multiple major features (e.g. UI refresh, ratings review card and item merchandising feed), leading to increased engagement and revenue.
