Senior iOS & Android Engineer – Precision Digital Health:
I developed clinical trial apps that connected to ECG, SpO2, and Dexcom G6/G7 CGM devices via Bluetooth, generating several hundred thousand dollars in revenue per trial. I also created iOS and Android Bluetooth libraries using modern concurrency frameworks, drastically reducing the time needed to integrate new devices.
I integrated robust CPU and memory monitoring tools to ensure Bluetooth connectivity for the duration of weeks-long studies which allowed us to quickly diagnose and resolve production issues.
To accelerate app development, I built internal Swift Packages with reusable components and business logic using SwiftUI and TCA. I also architected a cross-platform sync solution with Realm and MongoDB to support real-time streaming of 5+ GB of clinical trial data per session.
Lastly, I developed a CI/CD pipeline to streamline the deployment and management of 15 backend app environments, reducing the time to create new production environments from weeks to minutes.
Senior iOS & Android Engineer – Macrofit:
I spearheaded mobile development for a health and fitness app during the pandemic adding workout videos, recipes, live workout streaming, and an e-commerce marketplace within a compressed timeline enabling $7M in revenue within 18 months
Senior iOS & Android Engineer – Vinylly:
I led mobile development for an iOS and Android music dating app, preparing the platform for its UK expansion. I also worked closely with the founders to introduce a monetization strategy, achieving an impressive 20% conversion rate.

As a founder, I led a small team to create a cross-platform nutrition and e-commerce app that shipped ready-made meals to 48 states. We developed a beloved calorie counter app for iOS and Android with a 4.7-star App Store rating.
I taught myself to code and used tools like RxSwift, Realm, NodeJS, and MongoDB to power a real-time sync engine that lets users instantly track their nutrition and sync data across multiple devices.
I also led the creation of a local-first e-commerce platform and admin dashboard using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, Next.js, and Shopify. We partnered with several distributors to sell food to over 4,000 MAU on our mobile and web platforms.
To power our marketing, I built a custom messaging tool (similar to Braze) for push, email, and in-app marketing campaigns, saving us $50k/month.
Finally, I created an affiliate program with deep-linking and commission payouts through Stripe, PayPal, and Branch, which allowed affiliates to set up their own custom landing page and distribute affiliate links in minutes.
Backed by Georgia Tech's Startup Summer program.
2022 — 2023
At CompanyCam, I owned a major initiative to diagnose and resolve camera performance issues, driving an 80% improvement in capture speed. By leveraging profiling tools, I pinpointed key bottlenecks and utilized native iOS and Android APIs to optimize image processing. I coupled these improvements with strategic UX enhancements to improve "perceived" performance, resulting in a noticeable reduction in customer complaints about phone overheating and app freezing.
Before I left, I architected the migration of our native camera module from Objective-C to Swift. This enabled more developers to contribute to the library and improved maintainability.
