- Full ownership of the company's call center. Making sure it's fully functioning and responding to any urgent issues regarding the agents' ability to do their job.
- Understanding our different call flows, from A to Z, including our integration with our Telephony provider - Twilio. Debugging any issues with those flows and investigating any anomalies.
- Contributor in an initiative to migrate our platform from Ruby to Spring Boot Java.
