Investigated and resolved numerous gnarly merchant facing race conditions, reduced the p99 latency of a major Kafka consumer by 85%, and greatly alleviated the team's run burden by automating away common and repetitive tasks and building better tooling Collaborated closely with Stripe's partners like Mastercard to resolve clearing issues and responded effectively to incidents with urgency, ensuring the integrity of Stripe's financial position and accounting.
