Developed core billing and customer management features, helping users manage proposals, invoices, and payments in one place. Recently designed and launched invoice scheduling features, coordinating across teams to deliver a complex rollout at scale.

Led backend development of commerce APIs, enabling third-party extensions and tooling. Built and grew a new integrations team, delivering OAuth and data import features in close collaboration with external partners. Also led development of a scheduling integration, implementing new auth flows, async jobs, and caching to enable appointment visibility on external platforms.

Served as TA for Fundamentals of Programming (15-112), a 500-student course ranked among the top five CS courses in the US. Taught recitations; graded student work; conducted office hours; and mentored students on term projects. Conducted lectures for up to 100 students, gaining valuable teaching and public speaking skills.

Trained for three months in collaborative learning, learning theory, group dynamics, communication, and leadership skills. Taught weekly supplemental sessions and held exam reviews for Digital Systems (18-240).
