● AI Governance & Standards – Established and evangelized AI best practices framework across the organization
● Custom Tooling Development – Built many productivity-enhancing solutions, including AI-powered Jira interface and automated security compliance tools using custom skills and MCP
● Enablement & Support – Led office hours and knowledge-sharing sessions supporting cross-functional teams across diverse use cases - Dedicated 1-1 session of use case discovery and developer-tailored AI assistance.
IMPACT AND RESULTS
● Teams self reporting a 30% productivity gains after only a few dedicated sessions.
● COUNTLESS gains for specific tasks turning a multi day efforts into a few minutes, as part of 1-1 discovery sessions.
● AI Productivity Team outgrew its initial organization coverage by almost 100% in terms of people following our group recommendation and best practices channel. We educated and shared value beyond the coverage of our home organization.
● Ai productivity team doubled in size February 2026 to strengthen impact given earlier positive results.
