Senior designer on the core design team for the Minecraft game franchise, supporting multiple game projects, multiplayer services and the experience of 100+ million players on 12+ consumer platforms.
My role included building out the UX design area and UI/UX team from the ground up, and help shape the long-term operating model and strategy for the growing, global set of Minecraft UX teams.
I also contributed with design direction for contracting UX teams for new Minecraft games, Minecraft UI art direction, designing our design system, UI/UX design of new features and extensive concept prototyping.
