• Managed large vendor tooling projects

• Invented a proprietary method to design molds faster in 3DX CATIA 2023x which cut our design cycles in half

• Developed Joby’s tooling design approaches and documentation

• Coordinated tooling activities across a wide range of departments including airframe design, planning, manufacturing, assembly, and testing teams

• Onboarded and trained junior tool designers

Modular commercial and industrial grade energy storage systems ranging from 250kWh to 2.5MWh.

Designed and built custom hardware solutions including large scale energy storage containers, DC switches, and other commercial grade equipment to meet customer requirements.

Lumberjack Motorsports is the SAE Baja team at Northern Arizona University. In a calendar year our team designed and built this vehicle from scratch then raced in the 2019 California competition, where we finished the endurance race in the top third of all 100 universities.
