Mail. Applying all the knowledge learned, by working on the Profile project, about TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery to create a process where the team is motivated to raise the bar related to delivery with quality continuously. ### Software Engineer @ Yahoo! Inc. Jan 2011 – Jan 2013 | São Paulo Area, Brazil I was part of the team that delivered a web solution for 40 million users in record time. I helped the team build their own PHP MVC Framework with a clean and flexible architecture that applied Domain Driven Design, Enterprise Patterns, TDD, and a constant iteration over programming practices. I helped the team with architectural decisions related to storage, choosing a NoSQL solution instead of SQL, and adopting a robust cache strategy to allow the product to reach great scalability. ### Software Engineerer @ Ci&T Jan 2010 – Jan 2011 This is my first Yahoo! contact as a contractor. I learned a lot about the Yahoo! tech stack and process. I worked on keeping alive the Yahoo! Sports for South America and other specific countries, dealing with 4 real time data providers and millions of users access. Dealing with cache strategies for different application layers and a high load distributed SQL databases was day-to-day business. It was amazing to work the first time with distributed team over the sea, and know how we can adapt a Agile process to this scenario. ### System Analyst Master @ PUC-SP Jan 2009 – Jan 2010 My first steps on PUC was to help the software team to migrate a desktop form and score tool to a online version. It was a very good challenge, a after 2 months we have a working and solid piece of the system. But I stay very few on this project. After that I was moved to help the Designer and UX team to adopt a CMS, we choose Drupal at time. For a few months I helped on the migration of all university portals to Drupal, building custom modules and integrating with ERP backend software. My last mile was development a online tool where the Culture Exchange Office could manage all the student that has interest on culture exchange program with other universities out of the country. I was starting to move the development team to adopt SCRUM and Agile techniques before I leave, unfortunately I didn't have time enough to conclude the adoption. ### Master Web Developer @ Creandi Web Solutions Jan 2008 – Jan 2009 In my time Creandi was just like a StartUp, lot of things to do and a few people. For more than a year I worked with big and small projects, managed the development team and the company for a few months. Helped the team to adopt Code Igniter as MVC framework, Subversion as source version control tool, jQuery as javascript library in all projects, trained and hired programmers. I can say that my biggest fail was not be able to have more time and start move the company to use Agile processes like TDD, KanBan, Pair programming, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration. ## Education ### Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Coursera ### Bachelor in Information System in Distributed Systems field Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros ### Incomplete Bachelor in Computer Science Universidade Federal de Viçosa ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/pablo-lacerda-de-miranda-78592610 --- Source: https://flows.cv/pablolacerdademiranda JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/pablolacerdademiranda/resume.json Last updated: 2026-04-12
