I am a growth marketer who has spent 10 years scaling DTC brands. The thing I do best is walk into a marketing org, understand the full picture fast, and figure out where the real leverage is — then build the systems so it compounds instead of just costing more.
 
Most recently I was Head of Growth at FÜM, where I rebuilt a single-channel-dependent acquisition model into a diversified growth engine — paid social, podcast and YouTube creators, TikTok Shop, and a retention system that actually worked. Before that I ran global paid media at The Oodie, managing up to $5M/month across Meta and Google, leading US and UK expansion, and shifting the org from growth-at-all-costs to contribution margin profitability.
 
What I care about: channel diversification before you need it, creative that earns attention rather than buys it, and attribution that gives you real signal rather than last-click lies. I have seen enough different setups at this point to pattern-match pretty quickly what is working, what is not, and what is being ignored entirely.
 
Originally from Melbourne, now based in New York. Australian citizen eligible for E-3 visa sponsorship — low cost, fast process, no lottery.
