Primary responsibilities include communicating with teams and recommending/exercising various research methodologies that attain both stakeholder goals and user needs. Recent focuses have been to balance our practices of data strategy with qualitative/quantitative and generative/evaluative research methods to best measure success through various KPI's and support such data with human-centered feedback.
