At Ramp, I own the end-to-end UX research function and have spent the last year scaling it beyond a single-researcher bottleneck. That's meant designing a progressive education curriculum that moves product designers from research-naive to independently running customer studies, with quality gates, scoring rubrics, coaching frameworks, and tooling systems to back it up. I care about the kind of research that actually changes decisions. That means building systems that are rigorous enough to trust, lightweight enough to use, and embedded deeply enough in product workflows that insights don't live in a doc no one reads. Things I think about a lot: how to make customer proximity a team sport, what makes an interview question genuinely neutral, and how to build research culture without creating gatekeeping.
