I am also interested in continuing to contribute to initiatives that address global challenges and improve lives through technology and design. ## Work Experience ### Ambassador @ Women in Voice Jan 2024 – Present ### Experience Designer for Xfinity Assistant @ Comcast Jan 2022 – Present - Responsible for building out telemetry-driven experiences for proactively notifying Xfinity customers leveraging a new capability, set to scale to over 5M interactions, while reducing customer effort and improving containment. - Continuing to elevate the Xfinity Assistant experience by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance data. Evaluated sets of 100s of Q&As between customers and XA's LLM model, providing strategic recommendations to fortify the routing model. - Designed conversation flows and prototyped the MVE reactive experience for Xfinity to target the first set of 25K newly onboarded customers of a multifamily dwelling segment, setting the stage for more use cases. -
