• Led a cross functional team (product, design, engineering) to dramatically improve product quality, resulting in customer sentiment scores increasing from 2stars to 4.4+stars

Product Design lead for the Sales and Marketing Interfaces team. Our mission was to maximize the value customers experience through every sales and support interaction.

• We built products for Facebook sales teams, advertiser support teams, and underlying systems for running the business. Our products include CRM systems, call-center support, data platforms, and analytics tools.
