Included Health is a mission-driven digital health company raising the standard of healthcare for everyone. I led end-to-end product design for clinical and care team experiences, including ownership of a bespoke internal care team tool. My focus of implementing AI-powered and automated features and standardizing workflows drove margin improvements and operational efficiency across multiple care teams which increased quality and resolution time for member requests.

Honor’s mission is helping families access consistent, high-quality care for aging adults. I led product design for the caregiver experience, managed two direct reports, and collaborated closely with Product and Engineering on strategy and team processes. My designs improved workflows that increased quality of care and reduced operational costs at scale. I also optimized project and design processes, elevating design output and overall team effectiveness.

Blue Owl is an insurance startup that rewards customers for safe driving. I collaborated closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders from problem definition through execution, contributed to product strategy, and managed one direct report. I owned the app experience, leading the integration of the Renters product with the Auto product and initiatives to improve and reward safe driving. These efforts increased customer satisfaction, retention, and awareness of driving habits.

Labs was created to explore new business opportunities. I designed and piloted Capital One’s Money Coaching service, which successfully increased customer satisfaction and awareness of financial behaviors. The pilot’s success led to the program scaling across multiple locations.

I co-founded and built Sticky Jots from the ground up. I designed and executed the brand and product, developed content, business model, and product strategies for short and long term goals, and increased sales and awareness through business development and marketing initiatives.
