I led end-to-end product design for clinical and care team experiences, including ownership of a bespoke internal care team tool. My focus of implementing AI-powered and automated features and standardizing workflows drove margin improvements and operational efficiency across multiple care teams which increased quality and resolution time for member requests. ### Principal Product Designer @ Honor Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco Bay Area Honor’s mission is helping families access consistent, high-quality care for aging adults. I led product design for the caregiver experience, managed two direct reports, and collaborated closely with Product and Engineering on strategy and team processes. My designs improved workflows that increased quality of care and reduced operational costs at scale. I collaborated closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders from problem definition through execution, contributed to product strategy, and managed one direct report. I owned the app experience, leading the integration of the Renters product with the Auto product and initiatives to improve and reward safe driving. I designed and piloted Capital One’s Money Coaching service, which successfully increased customer satisfaction and awareness of financial behaviors.
