I'm a technical leader with 20+ years building engineering teams and shipping products across AI/ML, Identity, and FinTech. I've led teams of 4–8 engineers at companies like Alteryx and J.P. Most recently, I founded PostLo — a hyperlocal AI discovery platform connecting consumers with nearby businesses, deals, and local content. I built the full product from scratch: defined the roadmap, made every architecture call, hired and managed a 6-person cross-functional team, and shipped to real users. I grew DAU 7.5x, reduced P95 latency 64% through observability and query optimization, and built an AI image safety pipeline using PyTorch and OpenCV. It was equal parts Product, Engineering, and Program Management — with no safety net.
Before PostLo, I led the Identity and IAM platform at Alteryx as a Staff Tech Lead Manager, delivering a unified SSO/RBAC system with SAML/OIDC API contracts adopted by 5+ product teams. At J.P. Morgan Chase, I led a $10M+ modernization of the COAST collateral management platform to microservices in a SOX-regulated environment, managing a distributed US/India team through a multi-year delivery.
