Lead design for Agentic AI experiences within Dialpad’s customer support platform. Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape roadmap strategy, drive large-scale initiatives, and mentor designers across all levels. Contribute to front-end implementation to accelerate delivery and maintain high design quality through AI-first tools like Windsurf and Claude Code.

Led end-to-end design for Supervisor, Agent, and Omnichannel experiences across Dialpad’s CCaaS platform. Key launches included AI Scorecards, IVR Workflows, redesigned Agent/Supervisor Home experiences and many more features of all sizes. Championed Figma efficiency (FigJam, Dev Mode) across teams and won Best Overall at the company-wide Hackathon for an AI-enhanced feature.

Led POS app design across Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta. Shipped Rewards program enhancements, Loyalty integrations, and the Android mobile POS migration. Served as visual advisor to the Design Systems team and directed creative for metaverse initiatives including NFTs and digital communities.

Redesigned internal workflows and implemented a curated design system to improve collaboration and usability. Led CX improvements across web, mobile, and email through testing and research. Designed all Black Friday campaign assets across platforms, driving record engagement and conversion and setting a new precedent for collaborative, tool-driven web design. Featured on Adobe’s “Meet the Makers.”
