Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape roadmap strategy, drive large-scale initiatives, and mentor designers across all levels. Contribute to front-end implementation to accelerate delivery and maintain high design quality through AI-first tools like Windsurf and Claude Code. ### Senior Product Designer @ Dialpad Jan 2022 – Jan 2025 | New York City Metropolitan Area Led end-to-end design for Supervisor, Agent, and Omnichannel experiences across Dialpad’s CCaaS platform. Key launches included AI Scorecards, IVR Workflows, redesigned Agent/Supervisor Home experiences and many more features of all sizes. Championed Figma efficiency (FigJam, Dev Mode) across teams and won Best Overall at the company-wide Hackathon for an AI-enhanced feature. ### Product Designer @ Gap Inc. Led CX improvements across web, mobile, and email through testing and research. Other tasks included designing graphics for marketing purposes such as email assets, exhibition artwork, and social media. ### Seattle Sounders FC Grassroots Marketing Team @ Seattle Sounders FC Jan 2015 – Jan 2017 | Greater Seattle Area As part of the Grassroots Marketing Team the work is mainly focused on private and public events hosted by the Sounders FC, as well as match days helping with event-planning, set-up, on-field activities, and enhancing the fan experience. ### Youth Soccer Coach @ Seattle Sounders FC Jan 2014 – Jan 2017 | Greater Seattle Area I was a coach for the Seattle Sounders FC Youth Summer Camps for the last three summers. I was part of a team of coaches that was responsible for 100+ campers ranging from 4 year-olds to 15 year-olds. I was responsible for putting together a daily coaching plan for every day of the week and making sure the days run smoothly, mainly working with the 9-10 year-old group. Our goal was not only to make sure the campers learn new skills, but also have fun while doing it since it is a soccer camp during their summer breaks.
