With over 11 years of experience, I’ve worked primarily in complex, ambiguous environments where success depends less on aesthetics and more on judgment, structure, and systems thinking. Much of my recent work has focused on evolving legacy systems—transforming outdated, fragmented products into modern, scalable solutions without disrupting active users or delivery timelines.

My strength lies in framing the right problems, navigating real-world constraints, and designing systems that can grow over time. I approach design as a strategic discipline: deeply understanding user needs while accounting for business goals, technical realities, and long-term product implications. I partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define direction, make tradeoffs explicit, and ensure design decisions remain durable beyond initial release.

I’m particularly effective in environments where:

• Problems are not clearly defined
• Requirements evolve as systems mature
• Design is expected to influence strategy, not just execution
• Systems—not just screens—need to be designed

Across discovery, information architecture, interaction design, and design systems, I focus on reducing cognitive load, supporting real decision-making, and building foundations that scale.

More recently, I’m actively building fluency around how AI-driven capabilities change product behavior—introducing uncertainty, new trust considerations, and evolving system dynamics—and how strong UX can provide clarity and guardrails as these systems mature over time.

• Led the redesign of key product features for Producktive, a subscription-based SaaS platform improving project tracking, quality management and team collaboration by playing key role in core product development from inception to iteration.
• Advocated for a user-centered design approach, fostering a culture of empathy and continuous improvement within the organization, leading to a 23% reduction in design rework and iteration cycles.
• Developed and maintained UX/UI design documentation and style guides, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all product interfaces

• Led user research and design of AirtrAK application for Alaska Airlines by working collaboratively inside a cross-functional team while providing design leadership in agile environment
• Conducted user interviews and observational studies, developed test plans and executed usability tests to uncover insights and evaluate user needs and feature performance.
• Collaborated closely with product management and engineering to create end-to-end detailed design deliverables including information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
