Catalog Customer Dashboard
• Redesigned existing Catalog dashboards used by one of Scale AI’s biggest clients while improving its visual design and user experience to secure a new client deal.
• Built a new design kit for Catalog’s client-facing dashboards to streamline the design workflow, consistency, and speed to production.

Catalog Explorer
• Designed and shipped a new end-to-end experience for Catalog Explorer to help retail teams remove duplicates from their product data.

### Graduate Research Assistant @ Center for an Informed Public

At the Centre of Informed Public, I was part of the TikTok misinformation project. As a Graduate Research Assistant, I established a sampling strategy for TikTok videos, curated a dataset of 100+ videos, read and synthesized academic literature on visual misinformation, collaborated with a diverse research team to build the coding scheme to analyze our dataset, and also assisted postdocs in writing academic papers.

• Collaborated in multiple one-week design sprints to understand client needs and prototyped 6 different solutions for user testing, enabling clients to answer critical business questions and create new products.
• Conducted design workshops to help new interns improve their visual design and interaction design skills, which resulted in 3 full-time offers out of the 6 interns under my supervision.

Muzigal
• Led the design process for our biggest client’s mobile and desktop products from the idea to execution phase based on business requirements and customer needs. 
• Collaborated closely with engineers and product managers to ship high-quality products which improved the System Usability Score (SUS) of the app by 77% and helped Parallel secure a new contract which was 2x times in terms of revenue and 1.5x times in terms of the period of engagement.

Worked with multiple startups to help founders transform their raw ideas into real products. Performed UX audits on their existing digital products and proposed solutions keeping user needs in mind.
