I was engaged in the project as an Experience Designer in order to create consumer journeys, understand what drives the customers, what are the main triggers, pain points and empathy at each step of the journey. Having conducted in-depth analysis of data, interview sessions and following customer to the store in order to observe and identify main behavior patterns. In the next stage, we identified the main goals of the new app experience and working in a design sprint manner, were wireframing and prototyping each of the functionalities. Clickable prototypes were then put in front of the users for several rounds of iterations. Finally, all the main views and functionalities were integrated into one high-fidelity working prototype to reflect the new IA and way of navigating the app. My most recent project was a complete redesign of McDonald's mobile app in order to integrate functionalities from four existing apps, revisit the user's goals, pain points and technology available.
