Designed a new brand site experience for Birdy Grey Suits from 0-1. Designed the foundations of BG Design system for 2 brands. ### Senior UX Designer @ Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Jan 2022 – Jan 2023 • Leading design improvements to increase in task completion and efficiency in enterprise software for care center associates using Material Design guidelines • Improving the end to end e-commerce site experience and B2B program for WSI family of brands; West Elm, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, Mark & Graham, Rejuvenation, and Williams Sonoma. ### Product Designer @ Rodan + Fields Jan 2021 – Jan 2021 • Led the redesign of R+F ecommerce end-to-end experience for new and existing users to decrease cart abandonment and friction within account creation. Collaborated with UX leads, product managers, the creative team, and engineers in Figma and Miro to implement the new responsive web design. • Integrated 3rd party payment (Klarna) UX to checkout and account management. • Created UI patterns in addition to proof of concepts for account management and consultant enrollment to show future design scalability. • Facilitated design reviews to present to business stakeholders with insights collected by the UX research team to validate design decisions. • Other projects include enhancing the consultant enrollment and subscription cancellation flow ### UX/Visual Designer @ LIFT Agency, Inc. Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 • Lead designer in a small cross-functional team that redesigned Frontpoint’s product page, entire ecommerce experience, and cancellation flow for purchasing security products that increased 300% in Q4 sales and gain an additional 19,000 users. • Produced hi-fidelity designs and ideations for multiple tactics in paid socials, emails, direct mail, landing pages, and web design that added lifts to customer growth. • Developed onboarding decks and conducted detailed QA with developers to ship out over 500+ emails and several landing pages to our clients.
