In my role as a Senior UX Product Designer (Contract) at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, I conducted user research and analysis to identify friction points in the 'Find a Doctor' feature of their online experience. I designed an AI-driven 'Find a Doctor' feature that integrated provider and member data to intelligently match patients with doctors. Additionally, I led the redesign of the Provider Portal and supported the implementation of new features for providers and their administrative support teams. I also established a design pattern and component library to accelerate design and development efforts.

Lead a team of UX and content strategists to design and develop user-friendly tools and feature enhancements for members, brokers, and providers

• Launch responsive Web and Native mobile app features that helped members close care gaps by providing clear access to care, health management, improved claims and appeals processes, and AutoPay

• Lead strategy for a six-month data-driven ‘Digital 2.0’ initiative; conduct design sprints, user research, viability studies, and concept prototyping for new member experiences
