As an Engineering Manager for one of the Application teams, I was responsible for driving key projects with a team of engineers, improving the cohesion of the team, and delivering clean code. I also served as the internal face of the application and reported key metrics to engineering leadership.

Managed a team of Technical Consultants (Implementation Engineers) to deliver successful implementations of the Terminus platform to all our customers. In addition to management responsibilities, I built our Jira, support escalation, and AWS deployment processes.

As the team Lead, I was responsible for architecting and implementing our most strategic customers. I also was responsible to lead the team in building small, net-new product features for the Terminus platform.
