I feel like a good lyric and a good line of code have a lot in common.  They require a similar set of problem solving skills.  There are thousands of ways to say the same thing, but the thrill of writing a line that succinctly invokes the perfect response and elevates the piece as a whole is what makes me so passionate about Software Development and writing for the theater.
