Established the design foundations for generative AI experiences at a Fortune 100 financial services company. Created an AI Design Studio and UX governance program, developing industry- and risk-informed standards for trustworthy AI. Aligned cross-functional stakeholders — including model governance, UX, legal, and content — on shared design principles for responsible AI in a highly regulated environment.

I led strategy and design for two product offerings, taking them from 0-1 in the Gen AI market and in the up-skilling/learning market. I delivered both products in highly cross-functional environments, building strong partnerships across product, UX, engineering, research, and data science to align on vision and execution.
