Introduced a global inbox and patient-level communication workspace to improve ownership, visibility, and resolution of patient conversations while reducing context switching and duplicate outreach. Partnered with product and care operations to define communication workflows and requirements, and introduced trauma-informed improvements to templated patient messages. Led end-to-end design of a core clinical orders workflow in the EHR, working closely with clinicians, product, and engineering to streamline order submission and automate steps that previously required manual handoffs across teams. Designed the clinical review workflow for a virtual skin cancer screening program, enabling dermatologists to efficiently review patient photo submissions. Collaborated across clinicians, operations, product, and engineering to design workflows that reduced dermatologist review time for contract-based reviewers. Designed onboarding and risk assessment flows supporting cancer-specific patient engagement campaigns. For the breast cancer campaign, 77% of users entering through campaign completed the cancer risk assessment. Led design of a benefits management tool, partnering with product and care operations to centralize employer-provided care benefits within the patient chart and replace fragmented tracking across spreadsheets, and program documentation. Used AI tools (Dessn) to create interactive prototypes, accelerating alignment and enabling more efficient handoff. Conducted platform-wide UX audits to identify inconsistent interaction patterns and proposed improvements to improve predictability and ease-of-use. Shared knowledge with design team by presenting on behavior change frameworks, drawing on my background in public health to inform patient-centered design. ### Product Designer @ StoryTime (side project) Jan 2026 – Jan 2026 Designing and building a mobile app that helps parents and caregivers co-create and record stories with children ages 2–6, allowing families to build a growing library of shared audio stories over time. Designed the product end-to-end, including user flows, interface design, and a core design system in Figma, and built the mobile experience using Cursor with Expo and React Native. Researched early childhood language development and pedagogy to structure age-appropriate storytelling prompts and guide the app’s interaction model. Developing a curated prompt system that prioritizes safe, age-appropriate prompts rather than AI-generated content, with planned integrations for authentication, audio storage, and analytics (Supabase and PostHog). ### Senior Product Designer @ Primary.Health Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 | San Francisco Bay Area ### Product Designer @ Primary.Health Jan 2022 – Jan 2024 | San Francisco Bay Area - Led design of a complex public health grant management platform, resulting in a more efficient, modern experience across multiple interconnected user journeys.
