### Product Designer @ Defense Unicorns
Jan 2024 – Jan 2025
I owned the company's technical documentation as a product. As part of this, I led and implemented a revamp of the docs hub using Astro as its base technology, which greatly improved overall information architecture, content discovery, and ease of content contribution. I also led an initiative to centralize our analytics platform, both reducing cost and improving efficiency in experimentation.

### Product Designer @ Armory
Jan 2021 – Jan 2022
I led the 0-1 user experience design of Continuous Deployment-as-a-Service, a SaaS platform for DevOps teams using Kubernetes, and was officially launched in mid-2022.
 
The development of this platform required my involvement in every facet of the development lifecycle from initial discovery to guiding accurate implementation of designs, all while working to establish proper design processes. I also led the hiring process to expand our design team further.

Armory was later acquired by Harness.

### Technical Product Manager @ Microsoft
Jan 2015 – Jan 2020
I owned strategies and planning for mobile developer tools in the NET ecosystem, specifically the open source .NET MAUI SDK and Visual Studio.

During that time, I helped guide feature development in tandem with our engineering team, engaged with the open source community as an advocate, and launched an overhaul to the new user experience for .NET MAUI developers using Visual Studio on Windows. I also acted as a contributor to the SDK, adding minor features and bug fixes, remaining a top 25 contributor out of approximately 600 in total.
