Designing, building, deploying and sustaining a team responsible for designing, building, deploying and sustaining indoor agriculture equipment.

• Managed a team responsible for EV charging hardware thermal engineering and mechanical system

architecture

• Developed a 2 MW charging connector concept for electric vehicles and aircraft - debuted at Uber

• Developed bus and fleet vehicle charging system architecture and prototype

• Created a high voltage safety curriculum and trained the entire engineering organization

Dec 2015 - Jan 2018: Manager, Mechanical Design Engineering

Built a team of 12 design engineers who designed and released to production new mobile, home and DC-fast charging equipment for Tesla customers foreign and domestic. Also responsible for sustaining engineering for Tesla's worldwide fleet of Superchargers as well as all consumer charging accessories.

Feb 2014 - Dec 2015: Staff Mechanical Design Engineer

• Responsible for the development and demonstration of several autonomous charging system concepts.

• Led a team that re-designed the Model X second row seat mechanism and released all parts to production.
