I joined Capital One on a short-term contract to execute a rapid, fundamental redesign of their online application to open a small business savings or checking account. Responsibilities included:

At Proteus, I was part of a small team that redefined user experience of the company’s existing mobile apps and web portal. We iterated through rounds of usability testing before submitting the whole software ecosystem for FDA approval.
