Completely reimagined and retooled the user experience of The Permanente Medical Group’s suite of applications, providing online treatment alternatives for patients and greater access and control for physicians. Designed and launched a new online music service, Playlist.com, as a direct competitor to Pandora and Apple Radio. With zero advertising, Playlist continues to serve music to a devoted user base of several million users.
