Key contributor to backend infrastructure development and integration of ItsOn's policy management cloud based mobile platform.

• Led development effort of MMI’s cloud based user and device identity management platform. The platform service provides unified signin experience across multiple end points: mobile device, web and desktop. It is deployed across multiple data centers and leveraged Apache Cassandra as data store to provide scalability support for MMI devices and users.

• Implemented data migration solution to migrate existing user data from MySQL to Cassandra global data store; worked with operation team to ensure smooth data migration without any operation downtime.

• Led development effort of metric and recommendation engine that collects data from devices; mines device data from backend Hadoop data warehouse. The service enables customer call center agents and end users to trouble shoot device issues; provide recommendations for common fixes.
