As the design lead for ServiceBridge, ServiceNow’s admin-facing data ingestion product, I drive the end-to-end experience strategy for a platform that powers instance setup, connection orchestration, and data integration across enterprise environments. My focus is on delivering clarity and control to system admins managing critical, high-volume workflows, while pushing the experience toward the next level of usability, innovation, and scale.
Working closely with a team of PMs, researchers, and designers focused on Admin Experiences, I bring a strategic design lens to complex technical problems, translating backend complexity into intuitive, insight-driven tools that support admins in setup, monitoring, and resolution workflows.
Design Leadership: Shaping the holistic product vision and UX direction of ServiceBridge, aligning roadmap efforts with experience principles that prioritize clarity, extensibility, and trust.
Innovation and Systems Thinking: Driving forward-thinking interaction patterns and scalable system design to elevate the admin experience across vertical industries and future ServiceNow platforms.
Research & Voice of Customer: Partnering on end-user studies and participating in Product Advisory Council sessions to infuse customer empathy and real-world pain points directly into design decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Co-creating with product, engineering, and fellow designers to deliver thoughtful, technically feasible solutions that balance immediate needs with long-term scalability.
Craft and Strategy: Leveraging a hybrid skillset in systems thinking, interaction design, and product strategy to advocate for the admin’s mental model, reduce friction, and promote actionable insights across the workflow.
This work contributes to the foundation of ServiceNow’s CRM and industries offerings, enabling smarter workflow automation and reducing friction for enterprise system admins.
