At Google, I built the Gen AI for UX Teams program from the ground up, empowering hundreds of colleagues to confidently navigate and apply AI in their work. Key Contributions: * Created "Gen AI for UX Teams", an internal learning program that taught 900+ Googlers the fundamentals of AI model training. The classes were so successful that they were implemented as a foundational AI learning course company-wide. * Enabled cross-functional collaboration between UX and engineering teams, helping designers become strategic partners in the AI development lifecycle. * Contributed as a Subject Matter Expert to Google’s UX Certificate (Coursera), shaping Generative AI content to educate the next generation of UX professionals. * Led the design and implementation of Enhanced Conversions (EC), a privacy-safe measurement for ads that improves reporting and bidding.
