### Senior Product Designer @ Appsmith
Jan 2023 – Present
- Building Kite.ai from the ground up to enable everyone to ship and evolve agency-quality websites
- Responsible for the end-to-end experience of Appsmith Packages since its first launch. This enabled developers to create and manage reusable Code and UI across applications, reducing tech debt and improving developer efficiency.
- Acted as interim Product Manager of Packages, owning roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and rollout strategy across multiple milestones, including Git integration and version control.
- Launched and managed the Appsmith Research Program, a recurring user research and feedback loop with expert users that enabled earlier solution validation and helped foster a user-centered culture across product teams.
- Improved learnability and efficiency in composable modules development by rethinking core concepts and reorganizing information architecture, resulting in a 5× increase in task success rate and reducing task completion time by 50%.

### Product Designer @ OutSystems

- Led the design work on how to reuse code efficiently in OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) through development architecture concepts that ensure that the apps built with ODC are cloud-native apps by design.
- Responsible for the iterative design process of introducing versioning in libraries so that they can be used as a first-class citizen to promote reusability and can be adopted progressively across the development factory without entropy ensuring development speed and independent delivery.
- Designed experience to integrate on-premise databases and services running in private networks to the cloud-native platform.
- Nominated as the first Community Lead of the Product Design Community of Practice and launched the Product Design Unwrapped event.

- Designed a new experience for the Visual Query Editor of OutSystems Service Studio (Aggregates) by improving the effectiveness and productivity (180% better success rate) through an enhanced overview that improves query comprehension and formulation.
- Designed the Natural Language Processing (NLP) experience to generate visual queries to fetch data from databases through Natural Language
- Tackled experience debt and several friction points in Service Studio by performing audits of the existing experience, ensuring closer feedback loops with the community and users, and promoting quick wins to improve the experience.
