By examining over 100 user behavior recordings, I developed Figma prototypes to streamline the user journey, enhance interface clarity, and introduce new user support.

Over three months, I researched customer attitudes towards sustainability, analyzed market trends, and explored material usability. I conducted interviews, gathered over 100 qualitative survey responses, and helped devise a sustainable design strategy, culminating in a client presentation.

This role offered a fresh perspective on environmental sustainability, enhancing my own ecological consciousness. It also honed my skills in managing extensive surveys from inception to analysis, enriching my experience in data interpretation.
