I lead design and manage 3 product teams across the Search, Discovery, and AI Commerce. My work focuses on elevating how millions of fans find events, improving instant search, introducing smarter, AI-powered search experiences, and rethinking the core platform discovery journey.
Recently, I’ve been working closely with OpenAI to bring StubHub’s experience into ChatGPT, enabling an end-to-end event companion that helps ticket buyers discover, plan, and navigate events through a seamless blend of AI, platform services, and human-centered design.
Beyond product impact, I’m also a people leader, managing and mentoring designers while collaborating across C-level and director-level partners to shape product strategy, inform business direction, and drive alignment across the organization.

Design Lead for StubHub’s native iOS and Android apps, where I lead a team of designers delivering end-to-end experiences that support core product features across the platform. I partner closely with product and engineering to turn complex requirements into intuitive, scalable design systems used by millions of fans.
Key initiatives I’ve led include Native Express Checkout, MyTicket, and authentication and login experiences—driving usability, performance, and conversion across mobile. I focus on building strong design foundations, mentoring designers, and shipping thoughtful, customer-centered solutions at scale.
Under Enterprise Products. I led the product design to support the enterprise platforms that help connecting tech talents to Metaverse, automating hiring process, creating structured candidate assessment by using A.I. and machine learning technology.
As the Product Design Lead for PeacockTV’s Service pillar, I focused on elevating the end-to-end customer support experience. I led the design of a unified Help Center, developed a conversational chatbot experience to drive self-service resolution, and partnered closely with CX and engineering to ensure seamless escalation pathways.
Simultaneously, I contributed to our Strategic Partnerships team, where I collaborated with smart TV manufacturers and platform teams to design and optimize native Peacock experiences across devices like Roku, Samsung, and LG. My work centered on ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and performance across a diverse ecosystem of connected TVs.
As Product Design Lead within PeacockTV’s Growth Pillar, I focused on crafting intuitive, compelling upgrade experiences that drove user conversion from free to paid tiers. My role centered on designing strategic touchpoints throughout the product that clearly communicated the value of Peacock Premium, while balancing business goals with user needs.
