My work focuses on elevating how millions of fans find events, improving instant search, introducing smarter, AI-powered search experiences, and rethinking the core platform discovery journey. Recently, I’ve been working closely with OpenAI to bring StubHub’s experience into ChatGPT, enabling an end-to-end event companion that helps ticket buyers discover, plan, and navigate events through a seamless blend of AI, platform services, and human-centered design.
