architecture, user journeys and UX/UI of the product’s CMS website 
• Increased the product’s conversion rate by ~5% after the initial MVP release by
improving the UX/UI and defining strategy based on user feedback, and
stakeholders’ meetings
• Documented designs & interaction details, visual design specifications, and QA
of the product on QA, staging and prod environments.
• Created the brand guidelines, style guide, and all marketing materials
