Directed a web development production team to continue work on my core technology --- a learning management system with scheduling, video conferencing, account management and data storage. Additionally served as director of the education program for BEEC staffed by over 15 part-time instructors in all areas of common core curriculum and test preparation. A current version of a refactored data site is underway.

iQ3R --- A bit of a twist on the "SQ3R" method for active reading --- it represents what I would call "active intelligence". Intelligence has these four crucial components: Intelligent minds ask Questions; Intelligent minds Reflect; Intelligent minds Reason; Intelligent minds Respond --- as opposed to simply reacting.
