As an engineer at a company that produced the first and only FDA-approved digital therapeutics, I played a key role in developing products that helped patients improve their medical outcomes. Given the regulated nature of our products, I ensured strict adherence to regulations, including maintaining 98% test coverage, minimizing bugs in production, and documenting regulatory compliance.
I also collaborated with other teams to continuously improve engineering practices, setting the standard for future digital therapeutics. Notable projects I worked on include:
Serving as the tech lead on hylia-api, a backend-for-frontend for the reset and reset-O mobile applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Contributing to the development of reSET and reSET-O, mobile applications for iOS and Android that assist users with addiction and opioid addiction, respectively.
Refactoring the navigation system of the previous mobile applications with a more performant library, and migrating the crash reporting service.
