Design medical sensor mobile and web applications to manage Sepsis and Chronic Heart Failure. Key member of the new medical sensors product team. Drive product design through user research, design synthesis, design concepting and prototyping. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of product owners, medical officers, data scientists, regulatory SMEs, outside agency and engineers to deliver new products.

Lead design for a new Clinical Studies module for a Digital Pathology System. Introduced a design ideation and requirements discovery process. From discovery I sketched a user workflow and I rapidly created Lofi wireframes to illustrate the user's journey. Utilizing an existing design system I created Hifi mockups and prototypes to guide product direction. I collaborated and worked with a multidisciplinary team of product and engineering folks. The new module is generating a lot buzz and interest.

Lead Product Designer with Medidata working on a Risk Based Monitoring Clinical platform. Designing and building user experiences for AI Machine Learning Analytics and Automated Issue detection. Lead designers and outside agency resources on projects including design system adoption, user research, good design practices and final deliveries. Helped Moderna bring Covid 19 vaccine to market using our platform to run Mega Clinical Trials.

Lead design on an EHR exchange, patient/provider portal and data analytics products for healthcare. I helped lead a new design department overseeing 3 designers to do UX design, visual design, and user research. We created a design system library based on Bootstrap to streamline design and product development with reusable design assets and reusable front end components.

I was responsible for user research and UX design for the Teller Mod System. I did field user research at the bank branches to gather user requirements and analysis to create a modern responsive banking application for bank tellers. As part of the process I did wireframes to map out the user flows and conceptualize directions. I contributed to an agile development cycle by helping developers and QA engineers by providing UI and behavior specs to support details for stories. My work helped tellers to be more efficient, reduce risk and save the bank money.
