• Led and guided the entire development team of 20 through an acquisition transition, implementing new standards such as Jira and Agile development, best practices such as unit testing, CI/CD, and standardized code reviews
• Introduced and created Kubernetes deployments with Docker, AWS EKS, and GoCD to improve service scalability, reliability, maintainability, cost, and deployment ease for 5+ Django and FastAPI Python services
• Led, designed, and built the new EDI shipment data system that interacts with AWS S3 and PostgreSQL using Python, Docker, Kubernetes and Apache Kafka to support a pivotal change for PeriShip – from single to multi-carrier focused data and services
