-Developed enterprise software (inTouch) for providing customers with support ticket and live chat capabilities to troubleshoot hardware, and a newsfeed for product release information.
-Deployed inTouch and added file transfer capabilities by using our amazon aws server and s3 bucket, utilizing the url generated to support image, video, etc. messages to be sent in chat.
-Integrated Ionic Capacitor’s framework to create an android version of both web applications, transforming Angular projects to Android Studio projects and providing users with native apps.
